Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Setiabudi, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities include market analysis, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies. QualificationsStrong skills in business development strategies, lead generation, and client relationship managementProficiency in proposal writing, and presentation creationExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsCapable of working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environmentExperience in developing successful partnerships and driving revenue growthBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage
