At least Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years as Sales GM/DirectorProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Experience in engineering services, mining, or oil & gas is preferred.Mandarin fluency is a mandatory (speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Process Optimization: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies by synthesizing insights from ERP and CRM systems, sales and branch team feedback, market analysis, and client engagement strategies. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the team based on authentic leadership: including but not limited to exhibit self-awareness and emotional intelligence, foster open and honest communication, develop, nurture & support the team, lead by example.Inspire, guide & ensure the sales team to excel in a data-driven environment, emphasizing the strategic use of ERP and CRM tools to achieve sales targets. Transform sales administration into a strategic asset, leveraging ERP and CRM insights to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Lead and mentor the sales team, establishing a culture of accountability and growth, working by the Company’s core values.
Redefine the role of sales admins as key contributors to the sales process. Set, monitor, and enforce KPIs and KRAs for the sales team.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Champion a data-centric approach in sales strategy formulation, utilizing advanced ERP and CRM analytics for comprehensive market and sales insights.Perform detailed sales data analysis for informed strategic decisions. Coordinate sales activities across branches for streamlined operations.
Business Development and Relationship Building: Utilize data intelligence to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, ensuring a strategic balance in business development efforts.Address pipeline challenges, focusing on a balance between spot jobs and long-term contracts. Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets or sectors. Build and strengthen relationships with top clients, C-level executives, and key decision-makers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
