Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Partnership Team focused on new client acquisition and dormant client recoverySet and monitor team KPIs (monthly sales target, market expansion, client acquisition & reactivation)Develop and execute sales strategies, plans, and pipeline managementIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reachDesign and implement strategies to re-engage inactive or dormant clientsMotivate and coach the sales team to achieve performance targetsMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reporting to managementDrive continuous improvement through problem-solving and process optimizationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support client needs and ensure successful onboardingLead key business development projects from planning to execution Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Preferably with experience in SaaS, telecommunication, enterprise tech platforms, digital services companiesHands-on experience in managing sales teams, B2B enterprise clients, and long-cycle deal conversionsStrong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution skills.Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and market intelligence platforms.
