Business Development Officer
As a Business Development Officer, you will help expand YRES’s reach by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives. You will conduct market research, support outreach efforts, and nurture relationships with clients, schools, community organizations, and industry partners. Your strategic mindset will contribute to the growth of YRES programs, services, and initiatives while supporting organizational goals and long-term development.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners, clients, funding opportunities, and industry trends.
- Analyze community needs and competitive activities to support strategic planning and guide organizational growth.
- Initiate outreach to prospective partners through meetings, calls, emails, and community networking events.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term partnerships with schools, businesses, nonprofits, and external stakeholders.
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and partnership packages that align with organizational goals.
- Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a seamless experience.
