This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing and presenting business proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
The specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and support revenue growth initiatives. Collaboration with marketing, HR, and operations teams to create compelling client pitches and ensure high-quality customer service is also a core part of the role.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.Effective communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and build long-term client relationships.Proven experience in lead generation and sales pipeline management in a B2B or services environment.Market research skills to gather competitive insights and understand client industries and needs.Customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience and support ongoing account management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in consulting or business services.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic presentation software; comfort with digital and online collaboration tools.Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within defined timelines.
