Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager
Location - Hyderabad (WFO - 5 Days)
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development within the staffing industry. The role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Contract and C2H staffing services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and staffing requirements.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present staffing solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline and revenue reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, hiring demands, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development for Contract and C2H IT Staffing.
- Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Proven expertise in email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the IT staffing lifecycle and recruitment processes.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is an added advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with domestic staffing clients; exposure to global markets is an added advantage.
- Established network of hiring managers or client contacts is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events, as required.
