Business System Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with data pipelines and automation tools.

Prior experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate incident root causes clearly and concisely through written and verbal channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Apply Agile and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies to project execution.
• Work with ETL processes and tools such as Azure Data Factory to support data integration.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF for documentation and project tracking.
• Support automation and scripting efforts using Python.
• Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex business problems.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with a positive and proactive attitude.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and BDD practices.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, JIRA, Confluence, and JTMF.
• Proficiency in Python and Azure Data Factory.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
