Work in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements.**CUSTOMER*** Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing current state system processes and defining technology solutions options / recommendations working closely with key technology partners* Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration* Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications taking into account non-functional requirements* Capture and document the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment; provide training, coaching and/or guidance as appropriate.* Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.* Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally.**BREADTH & DEPTH:*** Sound to Advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques* Sound to Advanced knowledge of systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules* Advanced knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and related expertise including design, development, testing and delivery frameworks* Sound understanding of business supported and business analysis* May act as a reference for Business Systems Analyst roles* Leads system requirements management for moderate to high complexity/risk initiatives in alignment with strategies* Identifies risks and impediments and leads problem resolution for complex issues* Leads the identification, maintenance, and reporting of traceability of system requirements* Work performed under minimal guidance and supervision* Reports to a Manager or Practice Lead**EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION*** Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate* Preference given to candidates who have experience working in Agile* 3-5 years relevant experience within the financial/banking industry* Sound to Advanced knowledge of SQL - ability to build complex queries and perform in-depth data analysis using SQL* Sound to advanced knowledge of technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing and project management* Sound to advanced knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules* Ability to perform work on all aspects of the system analyst process from end-to-end (on projects of moderate to high complexity), under minimal supervision* Strong analytical skills and ability to research/investigate, gather and assess information to understand the problem and identify potential solutions* Strong team player with ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders of varying levels of seniority* Able to think critically, beyond the status quo, and provide innovative/creative solutions to existing problems.* Effective time management skills, ability to #J-18808-Ljbffr
