Business Unit Head (Growth & P&L)

We're hiring a Business Unit Head at Denave, Noida.We're looking for someone who can build, scale, and own a modern AI/data-led business - not just run operations.This role needs a rare mix of commercial aggression, operational depth, and product thinking.

You should be equally strong at:• Generating revenue and driving client acquisition• Building teams, mentoring leaders, and running operations at scale• Delivering innovative AI/Data/Cloud-led solutions that solve real client problemsAnd beyond delivery, you should understand what makes a business truly scale:Product-market fit, market timing, customer adoption, and how to turn capability into a repeatable growth engine.

You've likely:• Built or scaled a business in a startup or high-growth environment• Owned a P&L with real accountability• Worked across both startup speed and enterprise complexity• Led through ambiguity while still delivering numbers• Walked into client boardrooms with strategic clarity and execution credibility

What we're looking for: 15-20 years across startup + enterprise ecosystems Strong exposure to AI/Data/Cloud/IT services businesses Proven revenue ownership and client acquisition capability Strong operational leadership and people mentoring experience Exposure to AI-led products, innovation, and PMF journeys Entrepreneurial mindset with execution discipline Based in or open to relocating to Noida
