About the Role
We are looking for a creatively driven and strategically aware Social Media Manager who understands how modern content ecosystems work — beyond just posting calendars and trend participation.
This role is ideal for someone who can contribute to content strategy, collaborate with creative teams, and execute platform-first social media initiatives that drive engagement and brand growth.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure content aligns with brand goals, audience behavior, and platform relevance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution -
Execute social media and content strategies across platforms
Identify high-performing content formats, storytelling opportunities, and content trends
Contribute to hook creation, content packaging, and platform-specific content planning
Ensure content consistency across social media channels
Translate brand objectives into engaging content ideas and campaigns
Collaboration & Coordination -
Work closely with Designers, Video Editors, and Writers to ensure cohesive content execution
Coordinate with internal teams for timely content planning and publishing
Assist in managing content calendars and campaign workflows
Maintain smooth communication between strategy, design, and execution teams
Client Communication & Management -
Coordinate with clients for approvals, feedback, and content alignment
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams
Ensure timely execution of feedback and revisions
Maintain professional and proactive communication throughout project cycles
Performance & Platform Understanding -
Monitor content performance and audience engagement trends
Analyse what content performs well and suggest improvements accordingly
Stay updated with platform trends, features, and evolving content formats
Support growth initiatives through audience-first content thinking

Improve engagement, reach, and audience interaction through effective content execution
Support platform-specific content growth initiatives
Maintain consistency in content quality and publishing

Consistency in publishing and campaign execution
2. Creative & Content Quality -
Ensure content aligns with brand tone and communication style
Maintain strong quality checks before publishing
Contribute to improving storytelling, hooks, and content presentation

Reduction in content revisions and publishing errors
Improved content approval efficiency
Positive client and internal feedback on content quality
3. Workflow & Team Coordination -
Improve collaboration efficiency between content and creative teams
Ensure timely execution of deliverables and campaign timelines
Maintain organized workflows for content production and publishing
Success Metrics:
Timely delivery of content and campaigns
Smooth coordination across teams
Improved execution efficiency and turnaround time
4. Client Satisfaction -
Maintain clear communication and smooth feedback management with clients
Ensure client expectations are understood and executed properly
Build positive working relationships through reliable coordination

Reduced communication gaps and delays
What We’re Looking For :
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Content roles
Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging social platforms
Good understanding of content performance metrics and audience behavior
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to contribute creative ideas and execute content strategies effectively
Understanding of storytelling, hooks, content formats, and platform trends
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
