Role Overview We are seeking a highly driven and creative professional to lead our Social Media & Influencer function, specifically aligned with Investment Banking services. This role is critical in shaping the firm’s digital voice, building brand authority, and engaging with a niche audience that includes investors, founders, corporates, and financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial content, digital trends, and influencer collaborations, with the ability to translate complex investment banking concepts into engaging and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm’s investment banking goals Manage and grow platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant channels Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all digital platforms Plan and execute content calendars focused on finance, investments, market insights, and corporate advisory 2 . Use of AI-driven tools to generate and qualify corporate leads for high-value (large-ticket) fundraising opportunities. 3.
Influencer & Industry Collaboration Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with finance influencers, creators, and thought leaders Build strategic partnerships with professionals in the investment banking and financial ecosystem Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including outreach, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking 4. Brand Building & Thought Leadership Drive thought leadership by publishing insights, market trends, and expert opinions Enhance employer branding to attract top talent in finance and consulting Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation 5. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly Generate regular reports and actionable insights for leadership Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices Candidate Requirements Experience & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or influencer management Prior experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or fintech is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of investment banking concepts and financial markets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to simplify complex financial information into engaging content Proven experience in managing social media platforms professionally Strong network or experience working with influencers/creators Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and branding Additional Information This role is based in Bandra West, Mumbai Candidates from across India are encouraged to apply Occasional travel may be required based on business needs
