We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, verifying, and purchasing electronic components to support customer orders and project needs. You’ll play a key role in shaping supply chain strategies while working closely with internal teams to unlock new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Source and procure electronic components (memory, storage, CPU)Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliersResearch and identify materials using internal and external toolsBuild and maintain strong supplier relationshipsSupport customer development initiativesAnalyse market trends, pricing, and demandManage purchase orders, track deliveries, and expedite shipmentsContribute to procurement and supply chain strategy developmentMeet KPIs and performance targetsSupport special projects as required

What We’re Looking For

You MUST come from an electronics / Semiconductor Distribution background Strong experience in electronics procurement Experience working with memory, storage, and CPU commoditiesBackground in fast-paced, dynamic sourcing environmentsStrong experience in purchasing electronic components and commoditiesExcellent analytical and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointProven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlinesExperience sourcing and managing overseas vendorsProfessional, adaptable, and goal-oriented mindset
