Support exceptional legal services as a Calgary Legal Administrative Assistant at a top boutique law firm. This contract role focuses on Wills and Estates documentation and client relations.
Our client is looking to fill an important role within their practice group for a 1-month contract. As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will prepare key legal documents, manage complex estate files, and coordinate meetings for clients effectively. This position offers the chance to work in a professional environment while assisting high-net-worth individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare wills, powers of attorney, and probate documents • Manage estate files from intake to completion • Organize meetings and coordinate client consultations • Format and edit legal documents with Microsoft Word • Maintain electronic and physical legal file organization
Requirements: • Legal Administrative Assistant diploma required • 6-8+ years of experience in a similar role • Understanding of estate planning and administration • Advanced Microsoft Word skills • Strong communication and time management abilities
