Role Description:
The Celebrity Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening Kunal Rawal's relationships with celebrities, stylists, talent managers, PR agencies, and key entertainment industry stakeholders. This role requires an individual with exceptional networking abilities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of luxury fashion and celebrity engagement.
The incumbent will oversee end-to-end coordination of celebrity styling, fittings, wardrobe deliveries, brand collaborations, and public appearances, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for every celebrity interaction. Working closely with the Founder, Design, Production, Merchandising, Retail, PR, and Marketing teams, the Celebrity Manager will ensure timely execution of all celebrity requirements while upholding the brand's standards of excellence.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury fashion environment. They should possess strong industry relationships, the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, and a passion for building meaningful partnerships that enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Luxury Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in Celebrity Management, Talent Management, Luxury Fashion, Fashion PR, Entertainment, or Brand Partnerships.
- Established network within the entertainment, fashion, and media industry, including celebrities, talent managers, stylists, PR agencies, and production houses.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion, celebrity styling, red-carpet dressing, and brand collaborations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly organized with exceptional planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using project management and communication tools.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Flexible to travel and work extended hours during fashion events, celebrity fittings, shoots, launches, and special occasions.
Preferred:
- Experience working with luxury fashion brands, celebrity designers, talent management agencies, entertainment companies, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Existing relationships with celebrity stylists, talent agencies, PR firms, fashion editors, and key industry stakeholders will be a strong advantage.
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and building meaningful celebrity partnerships.
