About the role
\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable part-time assistant to support our business development team in channel research, data organisation, and operational tasks.
\nThis role is ideal for students who are interested in gaining exposure to financial markets, business support, and market research, while working in a structured and real-world business environment.
\nWhat you’ll do\n

Research and identify potential partners and collaboration channels

Maintain and update internal databases, including data entry, classification, and follow-ups

Organise and structure information with clear notes and status tracking
\n - \n
Assist with Chinese content preparation, event notifications, and post-event follow-ups
\n - \n
Provide weekly updates summarising progress and basic market insights
\n - \n
Ensure all communication follows company compliance guidelines
\n
What we’re looking for\n

Students or graduates in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related fields (preferred)

Strong written skills in both Chinese and English, with ability to handle basic English materials
\n - \n
Detail-oriented, responsible, and consistent in execution
\n - \n
Familiar with basic office tools (e.g. Excel, Word)
\n - \n
Comfortable with structured, repetitive tasks such as data organisation and updates
\n - \n
Interest in financial markets, business support, or channel research
\n
Nice to have\n

Experience in student societies, event organisation, or community engagement

Experience with content creation (e.g. WeChat, Xiaohongshu, short video platforms)
