What does a Customer Experience Officer do?
\nOur Customer Experience Officers play a critical role in supporting customers, internal stakeholders and our broader commercial business.
\nWorking within a high-performing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across a variety of customer touchpoints while helping ensure the smooth operation of our order-to-delivery process.
\nYou will engage with customers and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand while supporting some of the world's most recognised beverage brands.

What you'll be doing
\nAs a Customer Experience Officer, no two days are the same.
\nTypical responsibilities may include:

Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
\n - \n
Handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
\n - \n
Processing orders and managing customer requests
\n - \n
Providing updates on deliveries and product availability
\n - \n
Performing high-volume data entry and administrative tasks
\n - \n
Navigating systems such as SAP, Outlook and CRM platforms
\n - \n
Collaborating with Sales, Credit, Supply Chain and Logistics teams
\n - \n
Resolving customer and stakeholder issues in a timely and professional manner
\n - \n
Supporting business initiatives and continuous improvement activities
\n - \n
Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
\n
