Job Description
We're looking for a Channel Sales Manager to grow and manage our partner network — dealers, system integrators, resellers — across the assigned territory, driving sales for CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Telecom, and Structured Cabling solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and system integrators
Drive sales across CCTV, Access Control, Networking, WiFi, Telecom, IPPBX, Fiber, and Structured Cabling
Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner ecosystem
Run product presentations and partner development activities
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, corporates, and project stakeholders
Coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams on solution design and project support
Track market trends and competitor activity
Own quotations, payment follow-ups, and order closures
Report sales activity and forecasts regularly
Qualifying Criteria
3–5 years in Channel Sales/B2B Sales — ELV, Security, Networking, Telecom, or ICT industry
Working knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, or Telecom solutions
Strong channel/partner relationship management skills
Willingness to travel within the territory
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus
