Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for the organization
• Manage budgeting, MIS reporting, cash flow planning, and financial controls
• Drive fundraising activities, banking relationships, and investor management
• Oversee taxation, audits, compliance, and statutory reporting
• Monitor project costing, profitability, and financial performance across real estate projects
• Partner with leadership teams on strategic business decisions, investments, and expansion plans
• Ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA
• 18–25 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong understanding of project finance, fundraising, and financial structuring
• Experience working with promoters, investors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
