This position is core to supporting the expansion of Doo Financial's Indonesian sales business, responsible for the full-process recruitment of sales talents in the local financial industry, building a high-quality sales talent pool, and ensuring the timely supplement of sales team personnel. At the same time, you will coordinate with the sales management team to optimize recruitment standards, track recruitment efficiency, and provide professional talent acquisition support for the achievement of the company's sales business goals.我们诚聘一位富有活力、结果导向的销售人才招聘专员加入人力资源团队。该职位是支撑集团金融印尼销售业务拓展的核心岗位,负责本地金融行业销售人才的全流程招聘、搭建高质量销售人才库,保障销售团队人员的及时补充;同时需协同销售管理团队优化招聘标准、追踪招聘效能,为公司销售业务目标的达成提供专业的人才招聘支 DOO you have what it takes?Be responsible for the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment of the Indonesian local sales team, including position release, resume screening, interview organization, offer negotiation, onboarding follow-up and other whole-process work, and ensure the recruitment efficiency and talent quality of sales positionsDeeply understand the business characteristics of the financial industry (securities, futures, investment consulting, etc.) and the competency requirements of sales positions, collaborate with sales hiring managers to formulate localized and professional sales talent qualification criteria.Develop and expand local recruitment channels in Indonesia, including cooperating with local job platforms, financial industry professional communities, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, local professional groups), and organizing offline recruitment activities to accumulate high-quality sales talent resourcesFollow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintain effective communication, timely solve the doubts of candidates, and improve the interview attendance rate and onboarding conversion rateCompile and analyze recruitment data reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly), including recruitment progress, channel efficiency, talent matching rate, etc., and provide data support for the optimization of the company's recruitment strategy and the formulation of annual/quarterly hiring plansAssist in the induction integration of new sales employees, coordinate with the administrative and sales teams to complete the onboarding procedures, and track the probation period adaptation of new employees to improve the retention rateComplete other talent acquisition related work assigned by the HR manager, and maintain close collaboration with the company's global HR team to ensure the alignment of local recruitment work with the group's talent strategyRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or other related majors, with 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience in the Indonesian local Financial Service industry is preferredProficient in the full-cycle recruitment process of Sales positions, with strong resume screening, interview assessment and offer negotiation skills, and able to accurately judge the professional competency and cultural fit of sales talents.Language skills: Fluent in Indonesian (written and spoken, native level is preferred), proficient in English (written and spoken, as a working language), and Chinese communication skills are a plus.Familiar with Indonesian local recruitment channels and labor laws and regulations, understand the employment preferences and career demands of local financial sales talents, and have the ability to carry out localized recruitment workExcellent organizational coordination and communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal sales management, candidates and external recruitment partners.Strong data analysis ability and detail-oriented, able to independently compile recruitment reports and optimize recruitment work through data analysisHave a strong sense of responsibility and result orientation, able to work independently and under pressure, and adapt to the rapid development rhythm of the financial industry
