Position: Client Acquisition Manager – IT Contract Staffing (India)
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: On-site
We’re seeking a Client Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on sales and new business development in the IT contract staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of acquiring clients and driving end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting to closing deals—within the India market.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of IT contract staffing solutions. Build and convert a strong pipeline of leads into long-term business relationships.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to craft tailored staffing solutions.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers (IT Heads, Procurement Leaders, etc.) and represent Horizontal at industry events.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 –15+ years of experience in sales and business development, with 2+ years in IT contract staffing (India market).
- Proven success in client acquisition and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing ecosystem, pricing models, and client expectations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with high accountability.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.gf
