Global Pet Cab enables people to focus on their new adventure while their pets travel securely and comfortably.Role Description The Client Relations Specialist – Pet Relocation is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing client communications from initial inquiry through post-relocation follow-up, ensuring a positive and informed experience.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to client calls and messages, understanding relocation needs, explaining service options and processes, and coordinating necessary documentation and booking details. The Specialist will liaise with internal operations teams and external partners to ensure accurate itineraries, timely updates, and smooth issue resolution. The role also involves maintaining client records, monitoring satisfaction levels, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement in customer service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high-quality service.Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain processes and provide timely updates.Relevant experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in travel, logistics, pet services, or related industries.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and remain calm and organized in time-sensitive situations.Comfort and empathy in working with pet guardians and an understanding of the emotional aspects of pet relocation.Basic proficiency with office software and CRM tools; prior experience using customer management systems is an advantage.Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in business, communications, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
