Job Description
Job Location The primary work location for this role is Berwyn or Raleigh with a hybrid work model. Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert both internally and externally on platform functionality Provide support and training to clients on how to effectively use Envestnet in their practices via inbound phone calls Demonstrate outstanding advisor support through proven service techniques Ensure accuracy of internal knowledge sharing application (One Note) Provide support and training to clients, specializing in helping advisors with website navigation of the Envestnet platform, and Operational Support for our RIA clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client questions and requests in an accurate and timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients. Assist in setting and managing client expectations for completion of work. Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field of study Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable operating in tight deadlines with the ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to quickly grasp complicated situations and determine the best course of action Commitment to maintain professional demeanor and courtesy Proficiency in MS Office Suite Nice-to-Haves 1-3 years of experience in the financial services area in a client facing role Benefits At Envestnet, our total rewards philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and grow exceptional talent.
