Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in Command Center / Data Center / IT environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Willing to work in shifts Able to work both independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Detail-oriented and responsible Willing to be placed in Kota Baru Parahyangan - Bandung

ResponsibilitiesMonitor system and operational activities through command center tools Identify, respond, and escalate issues or incidents in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports Ensure all systems are running properly and report any abnormalities Support daily operational monitoring and improve response efficiency
