Job Description
This position focuses on supporting commercial operations, particularly in contract management, legal documentation, contract lifecycle management, and ensuring that all contractual and operational processes are structured, efficient, well-documented, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: Contract Support & Legal AssistanceSupports Commercial Legal Manager in drafting, administrative review, and coordination of commercial agreements.Conducts initial administrative reviews of contracts to ensure document completeness, format consistency, and compliance with company templates.Supports redlining tracking, version control, and document comparison.Assists in the drafting and translation of bilingual legal documents (Indonesian and English) when necessary.
Legal Operations & Contract Lifecycle ManagementManages the contract database and document repository in a structured, accurate, and easily searchable manner.Conducts contract lifecycle tracking, including contract status, renewals, obligation tracking, and milestone monitoring.Manages the document filing system (softcopy and hardcopy) with a neat and audit-ready structure.Supports the development of a legal workflow system, including templates, checklists, and standardized documentation processes.Supports administrative management related to licensing and regulatory tracking, including databases and monitoring of permit status.
Commercial & Operational SupportSupports the commercial, sales, and operational teams in their day-to-day legal needs, with work priorities determined by Commercial Legal Manager as the primary coordinator.Collects, organizes, and organizes data and supporting documents for legal review.Supports internal coordination regarding contractual requirements between the business and legal teams. Documentation & System Management.Ensures all legal documents are properly documented, version controlled, and stored in a structured system.Prepares and manages regular contract tracking and legal work status reports.Supports the standardization of legal document formats and templates to improve work efficiency.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law.Strong document management and organizational skills with a high level of accuracyProficient in Microsoft Word (including tracking changes, version control, and document formatting)Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and managing structured data (e.g., contract registers, renewal tracking, and licensing logs)Able to create and manage presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal reporting and business updatesFamiliar with Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint for structured document storage, management, and collaborationAble to manage a structured, searchable, and audit-ready documentation system (both soft and hard copy)Accustomed to working in a process- and system-based work environment, such as contract lifecycle management or workflow trackingMinimum 2–5 years of experience in commercial legal, preferably in technology, infrastructure, or data center industries.Strong understanding of legal compliance, contracts, corporate regulations, and licensing processes.Highly meticulous, organized, and has strong documentation skillsGood analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong risk awareness.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Able to work independently and in team.High integrity and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
