Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in a structured trainee programme with across selected departmentsLearn and support day‑to‑day operations within assigned business functionsGain practical exposure to Wilmar’s integrated agribusiness value chainAssist in commercial, operational or technical activities as assigned by the departmentDemonstrate adaptability and initiative when working in fast‑paced and dynamic environmentsBuild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and locations Pre-requisites:Bachelor’s degree in any major.Entry level or with 2 to 3 years’ working experience.Diligent, passionate, has perseverance and thrives under pressure.Other essential attributes sought are good business acumen, maturity, integrity and independence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to be seconded overseas is a requirement.
