Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai HQ but candidate will be traveling to the site for remaining days of the week. The role involves designing and planning as per feasibility study ensuring alignment with overall master plans, designs and project themes. Daily tasks include preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with structural, MEP, and landscape teams, and reviewing designs for compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
The architect will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to oversee design implementation, conduct site visits, and resolve design and construction issues. The role also includes optimizing space utilization, integrating sustainable and smart solutions, and participating in design reviews and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in commercial and municipal rules and knowledge.
- Proficiency in Integration of systems and spaces within large-scale township or urban development projects.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Development and technology teams to incorporate smart-city and digital solutions into architectural plans.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms).
- Good understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
