The Junior Architect will support developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and creating detailed plans for residential and commercial projects.

Daily responsibilities include drafting and updating design layouts, assisting in design presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting project documentation. The role involves reviewing project requirements, ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations, and contributing to design revisions based on feedback from stakeholders. The Junior Architect will also collaborate with engineering and construction teams to help align design intent with technical and site constraints.QualificationsAny fresher or intern or candidate with 1-3 years of experience with Autocad can applyCandidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration only as they apply to design tools, BIM platforms, or coordination between different architectural software systems.Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining design documentation.Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) and strong visual communication skills are beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and knowledge of local building codes and regulations are preferred.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn from senior professionals are important.Good written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with local languages in Mumbai is an advantage.
