Wellness Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Consult clients on wellness programs.
• Generate and convert leads through follow-ups.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the CRM team for consultations.
• Explain program details and payment process.
• Maintain sales reports and conversion data.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 4+ years of sales experience (Wellness/Healthcare/Fitness preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused with good relationship management skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
