Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.-----------------------------------------------Community Sr Staff is responsible for planning, managing, and executing Beautyhaul’s community strategy.
This role oversees daily community operations, drives engagement, builds meaningful relationships with members, and ensures the community evolves into a vibrant, value driven ecosystem that strengthens brand loyalty and customer retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive community strategy aligned with Beautyhaul’s brand vision and business objectives.Define community growth plans and measurable targets (engagement rate, active members, retention, UGC volume, and conversion impact).Plan and implement online and offline events, campaigns, and activation initiatives to grow and nurture the community across relevant platforms.Identify and optimize opportunities to drive community to commerce conversion.Oversee day to day community operations, including moderation and member management.Create and execute engaging community programs and initiatives.Develop and manage a monthly community content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to amplify community-driven content, engagement, and activations.Monitor, analyze, and report community performance metrics.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, retention, and growth.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in community management, preferably in beauty retail or e-commerce.Proven experience building and managing beauty focused communities.Strong understanding of community behavior, beauty trends, and industry knowledge.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into strategy.Experience using community management tools and platforms.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
