Key Responsibilities :Act as on-screen talent and host for video content across social media platforms.Plan, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos with strong storytelling and visual quality.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, sounds, filters, and viral formats to maximize reach and engagement.Apply deep platform understanding (especially TikTok) to optimize content performance and audience growth.This role involves ideating, producing, and performing engaging content across social media platforms Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaign goals and brand identity.Analyze content performance metrics and continuously improve creative strategy.Maintain consistent posting schedules and manage content calendars. Requirements :1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields.Strong communication, creativity, and confidence presenting on camera.Proficiency in content tools such as TikTok Studio, CapCut, Canva, and basic video/photo editing software.Active social media presence or portfolio demonstrating content style and performance.Understanding of audience engagement, storytelling techniques, and brand voice consistency.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to trends.
