Content Specialist, Indonesia (Hybrid)Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Office-based 3 days/week; WFH 2 days/week)Reporting to: Head of Growth and Marketing OverviewWe are seeking a high-caliber, hands-on Content Specialist to spearhead our editorial and growth strategy across Indonesia. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for a market-driven storyteller who lives and breathes financial markets and digital assets.You won’t just be "writing"—you will be the voice of the company, translating complex payment technologies and fast-moving crypto narratives into high-impact content that drives institutional trust and retail engagement. This role requires physical residency in Jakarta to facilitate close collaboration with our local team. Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Architect of Voice: Lead end-to-end content execution as the company’s lead writer, producing high-quality institutional thought leadership, analytical industry stories, and sophisticated corporate narratives.Omnichannel Strategy: Own the content lifecycle across social media (X, Instagram, LinkedIn), the company website, and community channels (Telegram/Discord), with a relentless focus on organic audience growth.Market Translation: Simplify complex blockchain and payment infrastructure concepts into accessible, clear, and compliant storylines for the Indonesian market.Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with the Growth and Product teams to support token/product launches, affiliate content, and partner promotions (advertorials).Trend Monitoring: Stay "plugged in" to daily crypto trends and macro-financial shifts to ensure our messaging is always timely and culturally relevant.
RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of professional experience in Content Strategy or Editorial roles, specifically within Fintech, Web3, or Digital Assets.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indonesian crypto landscape, regulatory environment, and investor sentiment.Portfolio: Proven track record of managing content for high-growth brands or top-tier industry publications.Technical Literacy: Ability to navigate complex tech (Staking, L2s, RWA, or Payments) and explain them to both "degens" and institutional partners.Language: Native-level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional-grade English.Location: Must be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.
