About the RoleWe are looking for a Content Specialist (US Market) who will be responsible for developing high-performing TikTok content strategies and educational content for creators.This role is critical in helping our creators understand what works in the US market, while also building structured learning content (education, guidelines, playbooks) to improve creator performance at scale.You will act as a bridge between data, trends, and creator execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy (US Market)Develop TikTok content strategies tailored for US audiences.Analyze US TikTok trends, viral formats, and audience behavior.Create content frameworks, hooks, and storytelling formats for creators.Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.2. Creator Education & DevelopmentCreate educational content, guidelines, and playbooks for creators.Develop training materials (scripts, examples, best practices).Support creators in improving content quality and performance.Work closely with internal teams to scale creator capability development.3.
Content Planning & Execution SupportCollaborate with KOL and campaign teams to align content with campaign goals.Review and optimize creator content before publishing.Ensure content aligns with TikTok GO monetization strategies.4. Performance AnalysisMonitor content performance and identify winning patterns.Turn insights into repeatable strategies and frameworks.Continuously optimize based on data and experimentation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.1–3 years experience in content strategy, social media, or TikTok content creation.Strong understanding of TikTok US market trends and audience behavior.Experience creating educational content, SOPs, or playbooks is a big plus.Strong analytical mindset — able to translate data into content strategy.Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Creative, trend-sensitive, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
