About The RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and driven individual to join our COO Office team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving operational excellence by improving processes, optimizing costs, and supporting scalable outlet operations across Hangry.
What You Will DoLead end-to-end operational improvement initiatives, from research, budgeting, alignment, to execution across outlet operations.Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.Drive key operational metrics, including service SLA improvement and manpower cost optimization.Ensure operational readiness and capacity to support new product launches.Monitor operational performance through data collection, analysis, and root cause identification.Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.Develop simple tools (Excel/Spreadsheet-based) to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.1–2 years of experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, or operational excellence.Experience in F&B industry is a plus.Strong analytical thinking with proven problem-solving capabilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Whimsical, Draw.io) and BigQuery is a plus.Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
