Corporate Communications Specialist

I'm reaching out regarding a Sr. Marketing Manager role with one our client a listed entity into Real Estate.

a) Public Relations & Media Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and real estate media houses.
• Draft and disseminate press releases, media notes, and corporate announcements.
• Ensure consistent and positive media coverage for project launches and organizational updates.

b) Content Strategy & Corporate Communication

• Create content for press releases, articles, newsletters, leadership messages, and corporate presentations.
• Design internal communication materials including employee updates and organizational announcements.
• Maintain unified brand voice across all corporate communication channels and materials.

c) Brand Reputation & Monitoring

• Monitor brand sentiment across news portals, digital platforms, and industry sources.
• Identify and manage communication risks arising from negative or inaccurate mentions.
• Track competitor communication strategies to strengthen brand positioning.

d) Project & Launch Communication

• Develop PR communication plans for new project launches in alignment with marketing objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for smooth execution of launch communication.
• Ensure all project-related communication complies with real estate norms and RERA guidelines.

e) Agency & Stakeholder Coordination

• Manage PR agencies, creative partners, and external vendors for effective campaign execution.
• Coordinate with management and teams for approvals, messaging inputs, and timely delivery.
• Evaluate agency proposals and monitor deliverables to maintain quality standards

f) Social Media Strategy

• Contribute to social media content planning for project highlights and corporate updates.
• Competition/peer analysis
• Social media trend analysis and its adaption
• Influencer marketing

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist management with special communication tasks, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure all PR and marketing materials follow brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Support communication needs for CSR, partnerships, and corporate events.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong media relations and PR writing skills within real estate or similar industries.
• Excellent command over corporate communication, storytelling, and content development.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage time-sensitive communication
