ResponsibilitiesConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on employee performance and business objectivesDesign and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivityEvaluate training effectiveness using methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and gather feedback for improvementDevelop and manage digital learning initiatives (Learning Management System) to improve training accessibilityCollaborate with division heads to identify training needs and support team developmentCoordinate with external vendors for relevant training programs RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in any related field4-6 years of experience in training, learning & development, or similar rolesStrong skills in training design and deliveryGood communication and facilitation skillsAbility to manage multiple training programs in a dynamic environmentWilling to work from office (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta
