CPM Cloud Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced CPM Cloud Program Manager to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives and strategic programs in a global environment. This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in program governance, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and cloud-based technologies.

The ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage multiple interconnected projects, align business and technical stakeholders, and drive program outcomes that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale cloud transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Establish and maintain strong program governance frameworks, including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communication.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and dependencies across both Agile and Waterfall initiatives.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies proactively.
• Support Agile delivery practices, including Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional team coordination.
• Translate technical and project outcomes into business value, highlighting ROI, TCO, and strategic benefits.
• Lead stakeholder communications and executive presentations, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout program execution.
• Partner with cloud engineering, infrastructure, data, and development teams to successfully deliver business and technology objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Advanced/Fluent English.
• Advanced/Fluent Spanish.
• Proven experience managing complex cloud programs and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong project and program management background.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
