Job DescriptionDevelop and execute creative marketing campaigns to support program promotion and brand awareness across TV and digital platforms.Generate innovative ideas for content, campaign visuals, and storytelling aligned with TRANS TV brand identity.Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Promo, Digital, Sales) to ensure integrated campaign execution.Plan and manage marketing initiatives including on-air promo, social media campaigns, and off-air activation.Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights and audience engagement.Create compelling copywriting and creative briefs for promotional materials.Monitor market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to propose fresh and relevant ideas.Support brand partnerships and sponsorship campaigns with creative concepts. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years experience in creative marketing, preferably in media, advertising, or broadcast industry.Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.Experience in handling marketing campaigns.Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Basic knowledge of design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.Passion for media, entertainment, and content creation.
