Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Lifestyle Hospitality Client in their search for Marketing Manager located in Bali.
What will you do?
End-to-End Marketing ManagementDevelop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the venue’s brand, positioning, and business objectivesOwn the full marketing lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution, measurement, and optimizationManage marketing budgets, timelines, and external partners effectivelyPublic & Guest RelationsAct as a key brand representative for media, partners, guests, and collaboratorsManage PR activities including press releases, media outreach, and coverage opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, creators, and key opinion leadersEnsure exceptional guest communication and engagement through marketing touchpointsCommunity Building & Brand EngagementBuild and nurture an active community around the venue, both online and offlineCreate initiatives that encourage repeat visits, loyalty, and brand advocacyEngage with guests through social platforms, events, and collaborative experiencesEvents Creation & Experiential MarketingConceptualize, plan, and execute events such as: Brand activations, Themed nights and special programs, Product launches and collaborationsWork closely with operations, creative teams, and partners to ensure seamless executionMeasure event success through attendance, engagement, and revenue impactB2B Collaborations & PartnershipsIdentify and develop strategic B2B collaborations with brands, corporates, communities, and venuesLead partnership proposals, negotiations, and campaign executionEnsure collaborations align with brand identity and drive mutual valueDigital MarketingOversee digital marketing strategy across: Social media platforms, Website and online listings, Email and CRM campaignsManage content planning, creation, and publishing schedulesMonitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaignsStay updated on digital trends relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brandsReporting & Performance TrackingTrack and analyze marketing performance, guest engagement, and campaign ROIProvide regular reports and insights to managementContinuously identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and guest acquisition
If you are someone who:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.Seasoned experience in creating events and building communitiesStrong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.Proficiency in social media platforms, CMS tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.Excellent communication, event management, and organizational skills.Creative, proactive, and passionate about the beach lifestyle and hospitality industry.
