Role Overview:  Creative Video Editor

Skills + Mind + Ownership = WE WANT YOU. Most people stop at the first two. They have the talent and the logic, but they lack the willingness to own the task. We want the person who treats every project as a reflection of their own standards. If you don’t just "do" the work, but own it, you will be the EVAM Labs’ artist.

Key Responsibilities 

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns across all our brands
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives
• Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to deliver engaging videos
• Handle end-to-end video production workflows (cutting, color grading, sound design, motion graphics)
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.)
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and quality across all outputs 

What are we looking for in Candidates:

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar role
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is a plus
• Ability to adapt to different brand styles and creative directions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Well-versed in using multiple AI tools to maximize productivity 

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple brands or in an agency/startup environment
• Basic knowledge of Production
• Familiarity with AI-based video tools or workflows

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be editing content across all our brands. Evam Labs, Propheus, Poiro, and Revamp, supporting a wide range of creative and performance-driven initiatives.
