? What You’ll Be Doing ?

• Replying to incoming live chats & emails like a pro- Handling customer questions via chat—fast, friendly, and clear- Giving customers info about products & services- Spotting urgent issues and escalating them when needed ?⚡- Documenting everything neatly based on SOP- Completing chat logs (yes, details matter!)- Updating customer profiles in the system- Running quick customer surveys to check service quality- Quickly figuring out user problems and delivering the right solution
