We're seeking an English Customer Service Agent to provide essential support to our European and US customers. Job Description:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services.
Requirements:Excellent English proficiency (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal.Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1)Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry or a live chat environment.Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working on a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, with a primary focus on night shifts to support European and US time zones.Willingness to work 5 days a week.Based in or willing to relocate to Yogyakarta.
