Responsible for answering game players' questions, handling players' complaints, recording feedback for several projectsAssist operation dept. to propose suggestions and following up issues to be fixed for game optimization to improve game operation dataManaging moderator teamsAccomplish other tasks delivered by the supervisor

QualificationsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Passionate about games, enjoys engaging with users, and understands users' mentalities and habits.Keen interest in pursuing a career in the game industry.Preferably a gamer who enjoys trying various games; experience with Mobile Legends Bang Bang is a plus.Fluent in English and Bahasa (proficiency in Malay or Tagalog is an advantage).Possesses a mature sense of teamwork.Demonstrates a proactive work attitude and professional ethics, with the ability to work under pressure.
