Location: Bangalore Experience: 0 - 4 Years Employment Type: Contractual (9 Months) Key Responsibilities: • Handle international/MB cardholder charge approval requests from merchants • Provide support for POS terminal and transaction-related issues • Assist merchants with troubleshooting and transaction processing • Coordinate with authorization unit teams for smooth operations • Ensure timely resolution of merchant queries Skills Required: • Good communication skills in English & Hindi • Basic computer knowledge • Customer service & problem-solving skills • Banking/BPO/payment support experience preferred About Net2Source Inc.
