Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic, sales-oriented, and customer-focused sales & marketing executive to join our growing Consumer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales interactions, engaging with potential and existing customers, and driving revenue growth across subscriptions, memberships, and other consumer products/services offered by the company.This role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, relationship management capabilities, and the ability to understand customer needs and convert interactions into successful sales opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound & Outbound Sales:Manage inbound customer inquiries and conduct outbound sales calls to promote subscriptions, memberships, consumer products, campaigns, and other company offerings.Consumer Product Selling:Drive sales for a wide range of consumer products and services, including print/digital subscriptions, combo offers, event-related products, partner offerings, and future consumer-focused initiatives.Lead Generation & Conversion:Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, events, WhatsApp, Meta ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels to maximize conversions.Sales Target Achievement:Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively handling customer conversations and closing sales opportunities.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and recommending relevant products or solutions.Product & Campaign Knowledge:Maintain thorough knowledge of all company products, services, promotions, and ongoing campaigns to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.Customer Support & Query Resolution:Address customer concerns, objections, and service-related queries professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.Sales Reporting & CRM Management:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales status, and follow-ups in CRM systems and provide regular sales performance reports.Customer Insights & Feedback:Gather customer feedback and market insights to support improvements in products, sales strategies, and customer experience initiatives.
RequirementsExperience1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, or consumer sales roles.Skills & CompetenciesStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.Ability to sell multiple consumer products and adapt to different sales campaigns.Customer-centric mindset with strong objection-handling skills.Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in media, publishing, subscriptions, e-commerce, D2C, or consumer brands will be an added advantage.Familiarity with WhatsApp sales, digital lead management, and customer engagement platforms is preferred.
