Job Description
Job Responsibilities Provide daily IT support for the Singapore office, including managing and maintaining devices such as workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, IP cameras, switches, and wireless access points.• Deliver executive level IT support and remote assistance for SHEIN employees across the APAC time zone.• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues and improvement initiatives.• Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, systems, and orientation sessions.• Ensure IT systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies.• Maintain accurate documentation of IT incidents, assets, and solutions.• Coordinate with third party service providers and external partners to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain enterprise-level IT standards.• Support and implement IT policies and procedures as required.• Occasionally work on public holidays, with compensatory time off provided. Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.• Minimum 1 year of experience in an enterprise IT support or systems administration role.• Strong working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management tools.• Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues promptly.• Familiar with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
