Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist customers with queries, issues, and feedback in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints in the CRM
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant teams for improvement
- Meet daily/weekly targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; freshers are welcome to apply
- 0–4 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in handling difficult situations
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM/support tools
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule in a remote setup
Preferred Skills
- Experience with helpdesk/CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or similar)
- Multilingual communication skills
- Prior experience in BPO, e-commerce, or SaaS support
