Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response and resolution times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
