Customs Specialist (Spare Parts)

??????????????:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in customs, import-export, or logistics operations (automotive, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry preferred)Familiar with Indonesia customs regulations, import documentation, and HS code classificationExperienced in preparing import documents such as invoice, packing list, PIB, BL/AWB, and related customs documentationStrong administrative skills with high attention to detail (especially invoice submission and documentation)Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, forwarders, and customs authoritiesProficient in English and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) ??? ????????????????:Prepare and submit import invoices and supporting documents (around 70% of daily tasks)Handle routine customs operations for spare parts importation (around 30%)Coordinate with forwarders, PPJK, and Indonesian Customs for shipment clearanceCheck and verify shipping documents including invoice, packing list, PIB, BL/AWB, and certificates of originMonitor import shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearanceSupport HS code verification, documentation preparation, and compliance with customs regulationsMaintain accurate records and reports related to import activities and customs processes
