Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating lab exercises, updating content based on current threats and best practices, and conducting live online classes and workshops. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide feedback, mentor individuals, and support them in preparing for certifications or job readiness.

The role also involves collaborating with instructional designers to refine curricula and incorporating practical case studies into lessons. This is a full-time remote role.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Cybersecurity and Information Security, including security frameworks, risk management, and best practices.Candidates should possess solid expertise in Network Security, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and secure network design.Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Application Security, including secure coding principles, vulnerability assessment, and common web application threats.Candidates should possess skills in Malware Analysis, including understanding malware behavior, basic reverse engineering concepts, and incident response techniques.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or similar) are highly beneficial.Prior experience delivering technical training, workshops, or mentoring in cybersecurity or related IT domains is preferred.Strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and comfort presenting in virtual classroom environments are essential.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
