Job description:Project sales trends by compiling and analyzing data over time.Prepare and issue monthly Komitmen Revenue (KR) targets, and translate them into weekly operational activities.Define KR components, including baseline (standard targets), uplift initiatives (additional items), and new product development (NPD).Coordinate regularly with Brand Channel Strategist and Marketing teams, including issuing market interventions.Lead pre-KR sign-off meetings with Executive Commitee.Present and recommend actionable insights for each brand based on historical performance and past initiatives.Gather and analyze data to identify problems and address them proactively.Cascade KR targets across all Distribution Center areas by channel. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any major.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a related field.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases) and data analysis.Strong data driven mindset.
